What it does
Everything below is in the product today. If a hauler asks what they are paying for, this is the list.
Customers choose residential pickup, a commercial dumpster, or a roll-off rental, enter the service address, pick a start date, and see your price before they submit. Each service asks only for what that service needs: container size, pickup frequency, quantity.
Coverage is matched by ZIP code and township, or by a boundary you draw on a map. Every submission is tagged in area or out of area automatically. Nothing is blocked: an out of area lead still reaches you, it is just labelled so you know before you call.
Notifications go to you, or to a different address per coverage area if you run more than one yard. The email carries the customer details, so you can call back from your phone without opening the dashboard.
Filter by approved, needs quote, or rejected. Each lead shows customer name, phone, email, full service address, service type, container count, preferred start date, preferred contact method, quoted price, and notes.
One download gives you lead ID, created date, status, name, email, phone, service type, address, city, state, ZIP, preferred start date, contact method, container count, quoted monthly price, and notes. Import it into whatever billing or routing software you already run.
Track containers as individual units. Log deliveries in, deployments to a customer, returns, and restocks, and upload your existing container list as a CSV instead of typing it in.
Pro and UnlimitedBulk pickup, an extra can, a delivery charge: add the extras you sell and set the fees you charge, and they show up in the price the customer sees during signup.

Every plan starts with the same 30-day trial and takes no card up front. The difference is how many submissions you take in a rolling 30 days, how many services you run, and whether you need container inventory.

A submission is a completed form. Abandoned forms are not counted. If you go past your plan limit, upgrade from Settings and new signups resume right away.
